We can use existing part data and improve it or take a concept, hand drawn and make it a 3D model ready for tooling.

IMS can take a difficult part design and make it easier to tool up and to mold all without loosing the design intent. When the tooling is made easier the cost and lead time are reduced as well.

MOLD DESIGN

IMS has years of experience reviewing tool designs and we will avoid costly mistakes by either under or over designing the mold.

We can do complete detailed mold designs in-house from simple mud sets to complex dedicated molds.
