- We take a very well rounded approach to manufacturing a product for our customers. When reviewing a part design or assembly, all aspects are considered from function to aesthetics to cost and delivery. A lot of companies advertise how fast they can have molds built, but this is only half the battle. We excel at finishing the program. We do the work on the front end of the program so we don’t make mistakes that lead to costly modifications during development. This saves time and money.
- During design reviews we have someone from engineering, someone from molding, someone from part design and someone from tooling involved. We will find 99% of the issues with the part, and document them. Each of the departments are focused on specific portions of the program and engineering is responsible for making them all work together.
- Engineering will research materials and their characteristics, new tool design advancements and make sure all molds are built with repeatable standards developed by IMS and specific material manufacturers.
