It does not matter if its molding, gate trimming or packaging, all information is carefully thought out and followed throughout the life of the program. If something needs to be changed we have a process change form that is used. This lets us know why the change was made who made the change and when.

We have specific documents and studies that are used when developing a program. This will ensure that the highest levels of part and cycle quality are attained.
