Machine Operators
  • Tasks include assembly, packaging, product inspection and machine operation
  • Must be at least age 18
  • Previous plastic injection molding experience preferred but not required; willing to train motivated individual
  • Positive attitude, reliable attendance with excellent work ethic
  • Must be available and open to the idea of cross training + learning
  • $14.00 - $15.50 per hour based on shift; $750 hiring bonus
Set-up Technician
  • Tasks include setup of molds, start up and troubleshooting molding processes
  • Must be at least age 18
  • Willingness to become forklift operator certified
  • 1+ year experience in similar role preferred
  • Mechanically inclined, curious, problem solving mentality
  • $15.00 - $16.50 per hour based on shift; $750 hiring bonus
Purchasing + Inventory Supervisor
  • This position supports the sourcing and purchasing of all raw materials and MRO for the Siren facility. In addition, the role oversees the documentation and systems support for inventory management of materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
  • Manage the complete procurement and perpetual inventory processes.
  • Oversees cycle counting, supports BOMs and maintains material costs
  • High school diploma, 2-5 years work experience in manufacturing required.
  • Preferred experience: Prior experience in similar role including purchasing and/or inventory management; supervisory experience or small group leadership
